Japan Corporation – World’s largest interconnect manufacturer, Yokohama,
Kanagawa, Japan. 2002-
2014 § Migrated near 600 frontend programs working
with SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2008 including datawarehouse designed to
operate with DTS to SSIS and performed an upgrade on Progression Macola from
version 7.6.100 to 7.7.700 § Development of Microsoft C# and SQL Server
2005 application for business. Designed new solutions to manage Quality
Control for imported goods. Implemented all the steps for Mail server
migration from Exchange 2003 to 2010, upgaded DNS servers from Linux Redhat
to Windows DNS Servers. Introducied new server technologies like VMWare and
designed severl applications in C# for inventory sales control. Overal cost
saving of $300 000 § Broke new ground by single handedly initiating
the design and
implementation of a data retention utility from California, known as the
Attivo Retention for Macola; thereby replacing an outdated 40GB database that
was over a decade old, fraught with processing and data errors. This
innovative role allowed for an efficient installation of a new infrastructure
for Amphenol. Results: better overall data processing through system
integration. Secured a cost elimination of acquiring potential new tape
libraries and accordingly, saved the company over $40 000. § Industriously designed, developed, implemented
and coordinated the creation of a completely new computer infrastructure for
the entire Amphenol Corporation in Japan. Spearheaded the creation of
migration tools to SQL Server 2008, Cisco PIX 515, followed by Call Manager
and Voice gateway servers. Exchange 2003 and then Exchange 2010 servers and
IP phone system were also implemented using Cisco CallManager. Windows XP, NT
and 98 were all replaced by Windows Vista and later 7 and then 8 and two
application servers based in Citrix Metaframe were implemented and later
virtualized and upgraded, to enable remote access from laptops. A security
tunnel based in IPSEC was applied between the factory and branch office with
domain controllers based in Windows 2008 connected by Internet. MRP calculation
was improved by using Intel Xeon based servers and finally PC desktops were
replaced by Vista 2GB specification PC’s and subsequently 4GB Windows 8.
Successfully completed the preparation and installation of the assignment.
This state-of-the-art system became the fundamental communication platform
for all employees to operate on. Results: after the project’s inception it
boosted Amphenol’s profit by 300% and maintenance and support costs were
reduced to a bare minimum. IT compliance with Amphenol headquarter in New
York reached from 30 percent to 100 percent. § Effectively established a new web-based client
server infrastructure for Amphenol’s inventory. The implementation of
software based in stored procedures generated real time
positions from the ERP inventory via the web server. Finally, my team created
a unique Visual C# program to display inventory information on client’s web
site. Results: this project effectively diminished web server
costs and simultaneously improved sales by providing real time inventory
positions to clients; hence boosting annual profit margins by 15%. Effective
communications systems are now in place. § Led the creation and execution of the new ERP
Receivables infrastructure to replace the company’s antiquated application. Successfully
embarked on the market research and testing of potential servers.
Effectively integrated the new aging report solution with Accounting and
created nd designed an EDI system to enable delivery orders to Alps
Logistics. Results: overall efficiency improved by roughly 40% as external

Brazilian producer digital instruments and American Optiscan distributor, Sao

January 1997 – March 2000 § Single-handedly pioneered the upgrading of a
DOS Clipper and paper based system to a profitably coordinated Novel Netware
4.0 system with internet sharing services and designed a full functional ERP
system to replace the previous clipper version,; incorporating a software
based on MS-Access solution to control production, sales and accounting and
partially migrating it to SQL Server 7.0.. Results: a streamlined workflow
process, eradicating manual calculations that are now to be automated.
Costs reduced by 50% owing to the newly completed project. § Re-engineered all hardware and operating
system specifications by upgrading the Netware systems, two years later, to
Linux servers and Windows NT 4.0. Client’s PCs reached over 100 desktops with
SQL server 7.0, IBM AS/400 was implemented later with DB2 ensuring with added
security and application compatibilities of the MRP (Material Replacement
Plan) system. Results: Minipa’s profits rose by over 300%. PROGRAMMER Amplo Factoring LTD – Banking Industry, Sao Paulo,
Brazil January 1995 – January 1996 § Responsible for creating a solution for
verifying an enormous volume of various clients’ credit histories and
developed accompanying credit history reports. Led the development of a
computer software that automatically accessed and analyzed the Brazilian government’s
credit reports SERASA. Results: this service effectively
secured the increase in company turnover within the first 6 months of its
‘go-live’ date spurring a savings of $10 000.00 § Unprecedented success in the previous project
allowed for a continuation into its second phase of this project. Results:
minimized handling time, improved credit analysis speed, eliminated manual
labor and enriched client security and data accessibility. User proficiency

DESIGNER (Circuit designer using MicroCADAM) Hirakawa Guidom Corporation – MP Boilers and Heater
Manufacturers, Yasu, Shiga, Japan. January 1991 – January 1995 §
Directed
and instituted a new project of transferring twenty years worth of manual
electrical designs into a CAD database. Innovative tools were employed to
equip the database with continuously updated information and high-tech
maintenance services. Results: transfer of files between
users and departments doubled. Data integrity and security also rose.
